Anything that can cause a chemical reaction in your brain CAN be addictive. People even get addicted to video games, drinking a certain pop, etc.
I see your side now and i agree. Using weed to get away from problems is bad as weed itself is a temp thing and i believe its labeled as a deppressent as well but i use it for recreational use with friends and we get stoned and play games lol makes the high a hello of a lot more fun.
It should be legalized, IF you have epilepsy or other diseases that require you to use weed or else you could face serious health risks.
Why are you against it for it be to used recreationally? Most weed "health risks" are caused from the FACT it's been exported from unhealthy places, such as basements or even Mexico's weed farms. If you do your research MOST health risks will disappear once it's being made in official factories where it'll require the place to be cleaned and safe to use. Not to seem offended, I never once smoked and drunk alcohol so far in my life and I don't plan too but that doesn't mean I want to kill everyone's fun.
Alright. I don't really care if it gets legalized, I live in Canada. You can buy bongs at corner stores here. I'm against it being used recreationally, because it is still currently illegal in most places. If it gets legalized I'll be pissed sure, but I dont care a whole lot.
I live in Canada also and I'm also aware that we have bong stores, in fact when I was 16 me and my friends went to go buy a bong (They wanted to use it in our hotel room on our class trip) it was fun because they didn't get caught buying it OR using it. I don't understand why you'll be pissed about it, the police have better things to do but then to search for weed users when there's actual murders and rapists in Canada.
In 2010 the US spent 3.6 billion on enforcing MJ possession laws. That sounds like a lot of money that could be used way better. Let me ask you this, just because something is illegal, does that make it wrong? This is nothing but a political and propaganda filled prohibition. Also why would you be pissed if it gets legalized, I fail to see any substantial reason why it shouldn't be.
They also spend 300 million dollars a day in the war in Iraq and Iran. Makes no difference. Also I would be pissed because pot smells like a 3 week old shit. The war isn't illegal though. Its still wrong.
