Why you should be unbanned:

Because I didn't rdm anyone. I was actually rdmd by a person who actually rdmd multiple people for at least 2 round straight but all the mods where afk or not doing anything. I have footage of the round I left on. Not only did I not shoot a single shot, damage anyone, but I did not even type or say a single thing that round.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I have footage but it would take a long time to render and upload it so i rather not do that. But its 100% clear I didnt do anything if you check the logs.​

 

My guess is that you were banned for calling a false KOS and leaving. @sephr was the one that reported you.

@xTimmonZ was the mod that banned you, I believe.

Explanation and Clarification:

First of all I was rdmd by someone who killed multiple people in more than one round so no, I didn't "suicide (without hitting enter, so it would only show on his body)". Second, I was was typing that so I could have it ready for my T round in which I could kos him (since he rdmd me a few times and has lied to get away with it) again I have footage of this round, and not to mention the rounds in which he rdmd me without slay but I really don't care enough to upload those. This is a perfectly allowed tactic and I have used it before and prepared it the same way I have done in this case. I will upload the video tomorrow but what is clear in the video was that I just actually highlighted the text to Ctr + C it (copy it) and then delete the text. Unfortunately I was killed by Aloe Vera Ackbar before I could delete the text (you do see me highlight the text [by pressing ctr + a] but I die a split second after). This is again, so I could quickly paste it in chat multiple times when i'm a T. I did not call him out in game so I should not be held responsible. If I actually pressed the bind to call him out, it would have just posted to the chat. Sephr is just annoyed with me since I have been asking him why he rdmd me since he hasn't given me an answer other than swearing at me or saying something like "are you still butt hurt about it" (yes that's quoted from some footage of earlier today) [I have Nvidia's shadow play]. So I can understand why he posted a forum about me. He wants me gone. Not to mention if the mod wasn't afk he would have prevented this all from happening by banning the mass rdm'er who was on a rampage and who ruined the server for a few rounds (until I killed him the first time he did it)

Why I should be slain:

Obviously Sephr was killed due to me, ruining his T round. I do believe that even though this was 100% unlucky to the max that this happened, it did. So I should be slain. If i knew at the time I would be reported and slain, I obviously would not have left. So sorry Sephr for ruining that round but it was not my intent. Also, I was picking up my mom from work when I left so I had to go asap. <-- This is not an excuse, i'm just stating the reason I left the game so that it can be seen that I did not intend to RDM or leave that round (my mother called me after I died and was in the process of reporting the RDM'er who killed me, so that's why I didn't know I was leaving the server that round).

Why I should be unbanned:

RDM + leave ban is for people who rdmd and left. I did not make any attempt to call out Sephr and not to mention I myself was RDMD so this couldn't have been planned like Sephr assumed. This means that this very rare (and unlucky) possibility is a grey area in which I did not use any game mechanic to purposely call out Sephr and only due to unlucky (OBVIOUSLY UNPLANNED) circumstances my body read that he was a traitor. This is why I believe I should be slain, but unbanned due to the fact that this was all an accident and the ban is to prevent people who are dicks, purposely breaking game rules to ruin the gaming experience of the victims. People in the Serious TTT servers know me as fair and honest, such as forgiving player for goomba stomping me or accidentally killing me (including admins, even today) [you know who you are ], heck, I don't even use the double barrel because I feel like it's an unfair gun. I have even given 600 points to a few people who I accidentally killed unjustly on their T round so they could go buy one on me. Im not sure if you can check, usually 600 is 1/2 or 1/3 of my total points so it should tell you something about my attitude about fairness.

To anyone who got this far, thank you very much for your time and I appreciate your work. Serious TTT could not run without you. This is a very great community and that is the reason why I am putting my time to type this up. I would really like to join East again. When there is no admin/ mod online I go to the fourm to post it on the chat. (I even did it today and yesterday). So that also proves that I rather play by the rules instead of cheaply rdmding people.

 

The problems I had with this occurrence mostly revolved around it being whilst I was AFK and right before/after Classical left. I had no pure evidence, but I'm glad you're explaining exactly what happened. I would like to see your video of evidence of this, still. However, I cannot vouch for the fact that you/him were RDMing eachother all game. @Classical was on duty for most of that game, so you may have to ask him about each event.

Because your body was identified with the message to KOS @sephr , the slay would stay as an RDM - due to the fact that your callout ruined his T round. If you're going to prepare a Ctrl+copy/paste for a false kos, do it when you are dead. Because you left afterwards, it becomes an RDM & Leave offense. The ban is not global - it only affects you on East 1. If you would like to serve your slay to remove this ban, contact me via steam. (Only after I see evidence of this video). Also, I would like to know why you left - you seemed to have ignored that in your appeal (if it's relevant or not).

After the evidence is shown, if it follows the exact lines of which you provided, I'll be willing to APPROVE this appeal. Thank you.

 

Thanks for the response, I do explain why I left (Last part of "Why I Should be Slain") I decided to upload it today and not use sony vagas but quickly render it with windows media player so that its still 100% clear but not youtube 1080P quality. The first part of the clip is included because I wanted to show that there was people rdmding last round. The reason it immediately skips to the beginning of the round of the incident is because I alt-tabbed and when tabbed back shadowplay starts recording again. Also pay close attention to my chat at 30 second right before I die. I highlight the text to copy it, and then my next intent was to delete it, but as you see I die.

here is the link. The quality turned really crappy on the site but you can probably tell what im writing. When im reporting Akbar I say "2nd rd hes done mass rdm" in the report.

also just to clarify Sephr and I have not rdmd each other today and this was the first incident between us today. The rdm's I was talking about were not today.
