How do you do the ripply effect?

 

A little something I made for King Husky the great....

I Use PDN
Start with an all black backround.
Add a new layer.
Draw lines in another color with your brush (Anywhere you want the effect)
Go to "Effects" "Blurs" Add a Gausian Blur of 50.
Then "Effects" "Dents" And just mess around with dents until you get what you want.
Also, I should re-do yours, It was one of the old ones, just post if you want me too.
