Here are the summarised part i find,
    1. you can kos if the body outside are not identified, you see them died but are not identified, and the traitor is waiting for you outside the tester.
    BUT
You're not allowed to kill him if you do not know his name inside, if the T ran out of the room (out of sight due to walls/door/objects) unless he start firing first or holding a T weapon.

(From my point of knowledge in this server)

If i'm wrong in anyway, feel free to speak up.

While you're in the tester you can obviously see who killed Player B and Player C would have killed Player D (the murderer) by that time, if Player C identified the traitor body it would be RDM to kill him. But if Player C was by unidentified bodies, you had full right to kill him.

Let's put this in a sceneario, if Player A is stuck inside tester and B and C is killed by D, D name is unknown as A is stuck in tester, D ran out and hide inside T room, and we got another party E who ran into the T tester without knowning much, A then killed E because A thought E was a traitor.

Wouldn't that twist the whole thing up.

You're just making things complicated. If Player D was caught doing anything traitorous kill Player D.

Player A would be slain for this scenario. He killed the wrong guy. It may have been a mistake, but it is also an RDM.

In respond to @mtndewbunney 's scenario, I believe it would be RDM to kill him. Player C ID'd the bodies, and one of them was a traitor. He would also have 6 seconds to explain the scenario in case Player A didn't see part of it. Player A likely also witnessed that Player D was the first to shoot, which adds credibility to Player C's story. My general thumb is to shoot first and ask questions later, but in this scenario I would definitely be spouting out questions while I was still in the tester, and I'd probably even ask Player C to turn around before I came out to make me feel a little safer.

As this was explained in your invalid report, you cannot kill the remaining player, considering that one of the players you watched them kill was a traitor. All bodies were identified and it is your responsibility to pay attention to the feed in the top right corner.

You just came to ask the community something that myself, the admin that slayed you, and a lead admin told you was RDM. I would say that if a lead admin, @ComPeter, told you it was RDM by community and server standards, you shouldn't be trying to get players to side with you, because the ones that do would be wrong.
