He believed i shot my double barrel at him which i had not done, proceeded to follow me for a minute then killed me on suspect. (another thing. I immdialty made the report when i died knowing that the logs would show i did not not do anything traitorus. the mod online at the time was @xTimmonZ . Timmon was on his T round and did not kill himself to deal with the report. Timmon won the T's the game and the round ended and a new map rotation happend, deleting the logs. I got mad at Timmon for not duing his Judiciary duties and he said "I didn't have any time to deal with the report.) Tasteful left the next round and was never slayed or banned for RDM and Leave

As said in this report, I was the only mod online at this time and had several reports to deal with that round. This report was my last one and I simply ran out of time and was unable to check the logs. (This report revolved around the use of shotlogs which are deleted after map rotations). Because of this, I was unable to issue a slay/ban because I had no way to determined whether this was an actual RDM. The same problem occurs in your "evidence" - there are no shotlogs to prove whether or not you shot...

 

@xTimmonZ Isn't it essentially leaking mod information by revealing that shot logs are removed at the end of a map rotation? If an rdmer were to see this couldnt he just rdm at the end of the round?
It's just not fair that he can rdm me and then leave the next round and nothing happens to him. You can see in MY poopy damage logs that i did not damage a single person that round and yet he felt the need to kill me on suspect because he heard a double barrel shot "at him" When i had not shot ONCE that round. i was confident if he killed me that he would be slain. So i purposely said to him "If you kill me the mods will know that i had not shot that round and you will be slain" He killed me. I reported. You proceded to play the rest of the round and try to handle the reports after the rounds ended. Which was a poor decision in my opinion

 

I'm sorry - I must not have caught that portion of chat because I was coordinating with my Tbuddies. This seems to be more of a report on me than a report on the RDMer.

But still..there's not much we can do in this scenario because we'd be going off of your word and not even considering his side. Because there are no shot logs for this scene we can't issue a slay. I'm sorry for being negligent of your report, it's my first day being mod and I had to solo-server for quite a bit. I'm not as fast as the others yet :\

 

@xTimmonZ Well i am frustrated at you for not taking action. seems a bit unfair that he escaped justice :/
but im a little bit calmed down from earlier..... You can imagine my frustation. But thats what happens when you have 30 some people on a server with 1 mod.
I don't care what happens going forward. I just wish we had more stafflayers ratio

Sorry for Flipping at you Timmon, you don't deserve it. I just had a bad week... Wednesday was really bad for rdm's on me. and now i get rdm again and nothing can be done because the shot logs were lost
