As stated in our server rules, you must stay until the end of your slay round, or it is RDM and Leave; considering this is your third offense, I am sure that you are aware of that. There is no evidence of innocence here, as you knowingly left and usually when people leave accidentally, it is because of losing connection or a Gmod crash.

 

I am not aware that this was my Third Offense. I think I should not have gotten banned because I just wanted to go do something else. And I did get slain.

 

Yeah, I banned you because you already RDM & left during that period of time. @Carned and @Sinz were also with me during the time. Please be patient while I try to find the logs of when this all happened. This happened in White House.

However, you left while you were slain and as a result, you have been banned for that much. You always have to stay during a slay round. Otherwise, you will be banned. Carned has already banned you before for this as well on another server.

Thank you for taking the time to make the appeal however. I would recommend that you edit your appeal for the time being with the proper steam ID and then move on from there.

 

So, what happens now?

 

As you can see in the red section below, taken directly from our server rules which appear with each time you load into our server and each map change, you must stay until the end of slay rounds. This is because a punishment is being completely avoided if you leave to go do something else. You, by RDMing, took away the round of another player and deserve to have one of your rounds taken away from you. If you leave during or before the end of your round, then you are avoiding your punishment and the severity of RDM cannot be realized.

• 1st time - Slay*
• 2nd time - Slay 2 rounds*
• 3rd time - Ban 24 hours
• 4+ times - Ban 5 days
  * If you're slain for RDM, you have to stay the whole round or it's considered RDM & leave.

 

He means maybe editing your appeal to include the proper information and maybe plea your case a little better. He also wants you to be patient while he collects his evidence of your RDM.

Here's the evidence on why you were slain. Notice that you decided to crowbar someone for no reason pretty early into the round. Now, you were banned because you left while you were slain and you were aware that you left while being slain. Because of this, you shouldn't be too surprised that you were banned.

Come on, you are harsh. Okay I left to go DO SOMETHING ELSE. Not because I wanted to try to get away with rdm. And I didn't rdm and leave that first time.
