Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned by console for RDM x 3 - third, I think this punishment is a little bit rough, I mean 28 days, global ban? I know I deserve at least a 1 day ban, even if it was a week ban, that is still understandable but an entire month is just ridiculous, I would also be happy with a local ban on the server which I RDMed (I believe it was Vanilla).​

Evidence of Innocence:

Although I know it was pretty much blatant RDM, I'll explain what happened and why I think its a little bit ridiculous. I placed a C4 as an innocent and set the time to the max, which is way longer than any round should take. Then some dumb innocent who saw me do this purposefully set it off, by disarming it, just to make it so it was RDM by me. Although I see my error, in setting the C4 in the first place right in the middle of everyone, I believe that the fault is also partly on the innocent who detonated my C4, when they could have just looked at the my body which they just killed and disarmed it with the wire that it said on my body, or had a detective use a disarm item on the C4.​

 

The time length and global are completely fine, considering it is your third offense of the same issue. If you're not learning to be more careful with how you play, you will have to face the consequences.

Remember planting C4 as an innocent makes you responsible for all kills. The person who disarmed is not at fault, the kills would not have happened if you did not plant it in the first place. You should have known that there could be an innocent that may try and disarm it. Sure, they could have not disarmed it, but just the same, you could have decided not to plant the C4 as well. I am not sure who issued the ban, but if any staff sees this and they are the one who did, they will deal with this appeal. Please be more careful in the future.

 

It was the console that banned me, and I know I fucked up, but I just can't help but think that its a very long ban, it may be my third offense, but I hadn't RDM x 3 ed anytime recently, the last time I mass RDMed was a long time ago.

 

It says console banned you because you were karma banned, and then the ban was added by a staff member.

 

I added the ban and given your admin stats I would say it was more than fair.
I will not lift or change the ban.

 

There were two within three months. I can pull that real quick.

Nick, as you can see it has been a while since you did multiple mass RDMs(December/January).
But, given that POPSTAR's, TrueCatMan's, and mine are within three months and they're all mass RDM, I hope you can understand why I will not be lifting it.
