Or you keep both considering one gun can't burn away the body while the other can. Again, this is a shotgun for the traitors to use. Either way, Highwon is the one who decides on whether the gun is good or too overpowered.
I say keep the flare gun but make the ignite part of the Dragon's Breath unable to be modified by the flare gun upgrade and unable to burn bodies. The damage might be a bit much though, so nerf it so that it is 100 headshot damage up close and maybe 60 chest damage?
The ignite part is a given. If the fire portion could upgraded, then it would way too op. Keep it the way it is and change damage values like I said the first time to keep it balanced.
I say make this a D weap and make the Jackhammer a T weap. The D's might make potshots at people who they are stalking, and T's need to have firepower for a rampage. The ignite part of the Dragon Breath makes it ideal for potshots, and the repeat fire of the Jackhammer gives it the firepower the T needs.
When you stop and think about it, the DB for a detective would make sense... The ignite effect works with the DB like the UMP Protoype's disorientation effect. +1 for Red's idea.
