Answered Shoutbox 1 post counts as "spam"?

I posted something in the shoutbox along with nopenopenopenope in a similar fashion to the gif below, below the character limit for the chatbox followed by this link to a collegehumor post about a huge hornet nest, in the shape of a human and was immediately jumped on for spam by @McMuffin, even though it was one post that was below the character limit. Is one post spam? Also, the harassment that ensued about me being a "spammer" and "immature" and that I'll "never become a mod" was unnecessary.

We can't see the screenshot Giygas... And it would he better to report the staff member in question about this.

 

This is not what we meant by "take it somewhere else." This should have been handled in a private conversation, NOT for the entire world to see (guests can view the shoutbox as well).

So you want to fill up a thread with the same thing I saw in the shout box when I came online? I do think this could have been handled via PM and included a few people in the conversation. It would just keep people from commenting that don't need to.

 

If it's still there, you could just copy and paste it. But at this point, it's gone. Sooooo just take it elsewhere and not anywhere on the forums.

The thing is, is you have been warned about it. This is the only post I am putting in this report, because it was already taken care of, and I will leave it at that. But here is the thing, I do not warn people and do what I am supposed to do, for the sole purpose of being a dick, or picking on you. Every time you do something wrong, you literally, no matter who said it, have a reason why your behavior was not wrong in the situation. Also, you stated that I am harassing you, you do act immature. That is not harassment. If that is harassment, then did everyone who commented on your mod app harass you too? Posting links to other web sites has been a big thing with you, and you have been warned by fellow staff members via shoutbox about it. This whole thing got blown way out of proportion. You just don't take kindly to constructive criticism, and you cannot see that I am trying to show you how to improve, but you don't seem to want to improve. If you honestly feel I was harassing you, then I apologize. You and 2 other moderators told me to let it die, when I asked you to add me on steam so we could keep it out of the shoutbox, that was literally my last comment on the matter. This is all I have to say about it, because I feel that because of what you have been told in the past, everything I said was what needed to be said, nothing less, nothing more.

 

Well since I don't have the logs, because the shoutbox deletes them, I can't do much about it.
