    But yeah just a tag for the accused shouldn't be a full-ass warning. Maybe instead unban and tell him to let the staff tag the accused next time. (y)

    Yes, coming out of being staff can be disorienting and sometimes there are mistakes on what one can and cannot do now. Since a week ago his comment would have been fine and it is now not it would be better to give a reminder since the offense is so very minor.

    What we should really be asking: Did the post violate the intent of the rules against posting which was to reduce spam and make reports more concise?

    In my opinion, no.

    BA provided useful information in the form of a tag. Nothing more.


    This is honestly one of the most petty warning points I've seen at SGM.

    this has been discussed already that only staff can tag users. he 100% knows he's not staff anymore, as he seems to be super proud of that fact. he also seems to enjoy commenting on reports when, again, he knows he's not supposed to.

    idk why leniency would be expected here.

    Imagine going to Bad Adults defence being like why dind't he just get a verbal warning when he already had gotten one. Maybe people should stop assuming staff is always being as harsh as possible when they don't actually know anything about what is going on :whistle:
