Would be nice to have night staff..

I can say that anytime 3-6 EST pretty much never has mods, and it's pretty much always awful.
A few rare exceptions where someone organizes the toxicity and it turns into an actually pretty unique experience.

 

If you are online during those times i would say apply for staff. Peak staff is always needed as they are few in number. I try to staff it a lot, but i mostly get online at the end of these times as my body doesn't want to hear screaming kids after 5 minutes of waking up

 

But I'm toxic

 

Even if there was a dedicated night staff steam, 5 staff, it would be basically the same thing we have now.
Even if they're all online throughout the night, they may not want to play or mod at that time. Staff don't have scheduled shifts, they can come and go as they please. Not to mention how dead late night/early morning usually is.

If you want night staff, apply for mod and do it yourself.
