Edit: i mean it goddamn it stay away from my comment, we need to talk about giving other admins the opportunity to be lead admins too. lordy / jabba have been in that position too long and theres been too many VALID reports against jabba for him to keep that position

 

In theory, the staff could like, actually discuss the whole issue surrounding this.
But, for the most part, any discussion would need to have the staff actually step in, not non-staff just bicker.

 

ive attempted multiple times, including tagging all staff in a thread, and jabba / lordy refuse to have a public discussion regarding their rank or handing it over to another admin. and so, we bicker.

 

They've all been valid reports for minor issues.
Like, Jabba really just needs a change in mindset and he'd be fine. He's focusing too hard on the wrong things. Yeah, there is a lot of mistakes, but it's all mistakes revolving around the same core issue- Change in leadership isn't really a requirement at this point, but having the root of the issue addressed (Jabba's handling of toxicity) would very much be warranted, especially in a public way.

What Jabba is trying to do is great, but what's lacking is input. He makes too many personal judgments without having a great understanding of the issues themselves.
