Why you should be unbanned:

I believe that this ban is not only undeserved but that I was also targeted by multiple people in order to get me out of the server. I would ask for an admin to review the evidence with the response and context I have given and confirm whether or not my sentence is fair.

(My previous bans were brought up in This Thread. In these cases, I've served the punishment and I believe they have no bearing on this case.)​

First screenshot: Invalid. Unless context / evidence is provided, this screenshot is benign.

Second screenshot: Further context needed: I offered cocaine in DM's as a joke, I've poured through the rules, and found nothing regarding this.

Third screenshot: It may have been an extreme reaction, I shouldn't have said something like that. Having someone that was targeting and harassing me for as long as Pure Heroin did be removed from the server was a relief. I found it funny that someone threatening me with getting me banned / bodily harm finally got their comeuppance.

In this clip, there were 5 seconds of me reading a bible verse. There was a running joke in the server of the players reading bible passages, and I was informed after this recording that it would be considered micspam, after which I stopped.

While I have said "I am a bad guy" as a joke, this is the equivalent of calling yourself a Terrorist. I vehemently deny any other assertation here and would appreciate if the evidence in any of these accusations could be presented.

I would like to refute that this shows intent, the damage that was made in this report was accidental on my part.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to let you in, I apologize that I was unable to open the door in time.

I had absolutely no intention of targeting you by blocking you in this scenario.

EXAMPLES OF HARASSMENT:
- Aggressive pressure or intimidation.
- Targeted racial or group based slurs.
- Targeting players by any means.
- Prop blocking or blocking in general (if it is intentional).
- Intentionally sending false reports (repeatedly).

6. PORN, GORE, and DISTURBING CONTENT

1. Porn is any image/video depicting sexual activity, nudity, sex toys/objects, or sexual substances.
2. Gore is any image/video that depicts Blood, cut body parts, people/creatures being injured, bodies/corpses, and similar things.
3. Disturbing content is content that is graphic or unsettling, this includes content that sexualizes animals.
4. Disclaimer: Up to the interpretation of the staff member issuing the ban.

I did not post links to, describe or spray any images or video that depict pornographic or otherwise disallowed content.

Mentioning a phrase that would require you to manually look up its context or definition does not fall under rule #6. Requesting admin clarification.​

With your second screenshot, it's quite hard to believe that without provided evidence. Here's some evidence of you sexually harassing players on the server;

For the third, you have stated that before and there have been staff who have heard it themselves. This does not reflect well at all with you, and how can we actually know there was a player causing an issue? You typically make a report, and you didn't report them. Additionally, that's admitting to your intent on the server, which is not what we vouch for here.

All posts with evidence were the only ones taken in consideration.

While talking to admins, they did consider this an act we can warn upon, however into consideration he gave me the discretion to act on it.

I have had to personally warn you for related issues, as you continued to sexually harass your fellow players on the server. That is an absolutely abhorrent action which (if someone hired a good lawyer) could even get you into legal trouble. We do not, and will not tolerate these here on our forums, and servers.

You have made it transparent that you're here to be a troll in the server, to cause problems, and make people harass you. Get them in trouble and play the victim when you're seemingly in trouble, and attempt ways to loophole yourself around the rules. You've verbally confirmed this towards players, each of your actions that you do, you explain you want to get a ruse out of people. Like in this screenshot here:

We do not support trolls here, and will not condone the behavior. This ban was a longtime coming, your actions each and everyday edged you closer and closer till someone finally got fed up enough and made a report, in which many people contributed evidence and posts. While some had no evidence, and some did, the ones with no evidence clearly shows your reputation and you being successful in instigating your fellow players. I have not seen a report like this in my time in this community until now. Take this time to very much clean up your goal and attitude, and switch to more of someone who follows the rules and plays TTT to play TTT. There was no discrimination towards you, everything discussed and brought up were on the basis of rules you broke, and your actions that warranted the discretion for your ban. All staff do not care about who you are, or what you do. However if you break the rules, cause issues, and instigate drama and contribute toxicity into the community, then we are bound by the rules to enact on that alone.

Take the time to better yourself.

Also Irish may post his discretion and or approval of this ban.
