Reason For Report:

To put it bluntly: I do not think Pokeben deserves to return to staff.​

The reason for that, is because he was unprofessional and hostile in a report from a player, as seen here:

This alone is extremely unprofessional and hostile, and resulted in a well-deserved week long suspension. Yet in that suspension, he has yet again shown that he is not professional enough to be a staff member. Yesterday, Pokeben was using a colour in Shoutbox that was allowed, but I asked him to change the colour as it hurt my eyes. Since it didn't hurt most people's eyes, and was allowed, he proceeded to argue with me about it. I do not have a screenshot of this but you can find it in the Discord. But the most recent thing is his behaviour in this thread.

I pointed out that that thread was not a giveaway, but the forum rules. A moderator, and I cannot stress this enough should have already known this. It is one of a full FIVE rules about giveaways. Yet once I pointed out that the thread he posted was, under SGM's rules, not a giveaway, he immediately become without a doubt argumentative, unprofessional, and I will argue hostile. SGM staff have changed lately. That's undeniable, but understandable. But if we're allowing staff to slip to this level of unprofessional, SGM is no longer SGM. If this is the type of staff that this server has, it is no longer Serious Gmod. It is a Gmod server, with nothing serious about it.​

Sure it's not a big deal. That's why I just quoted the rule - so you'd correct it, and learn.

Pretty big jump to make. Also the definition of the word hostile -

As I said in SB, just disregard what I said about the colour. The reports still valid without the mention of it, that was just a side comment I made.

 

Besides hostility? Unprofesionalism. The ratings you gave me, and the responses to my messages in your thread show that.

 

I'd like to say right now that if this report is marked invalid by your admin, I want a lead to look over it first. And I want it to be lordy. And I want her to DM me about it directly.

Alright so, I'm gonna wrap this up now. This report is valid only on the terms of him not abiding by the forum rules for giveaways. That is all. There is no "harassment" here. Saying "Ok bro" isn't harassment, and rating somebody isn't either. The only other thing that I can possibly even think about warning him about is slight unprofessionalism in his responses here, and even that is a grave improvement from his previous report. If there was an argument over a shoutbox color, you need to provide evidence for that. I can't see the shoutbox colors in discord. Furthermore, he's not a mod. What is he supposed to do about posting something in the wrong place? Ask a staff member like everybody else does. You could've done the same thing, asked for one of us to move it instead of making it public, and we could've made the distinction to him. And as Jabba said before, if you have an issue with my ruling here. You do NOT go to Lordy. You go to him. I am not Lordy's, I am Jabba's.
