The Muffinman not Slaying rdmmer, besides having enough evidence there is still no slay. But Slays for revenge rdm.

ILl explain situation, Round started, i Was a T with indy226. I was looking at broski, holding a sniper, standing on Blue car By T room.. Broski gets shot and killed by indy whom then turns and runs into T room before i can "call him out". then i look back at broskis dead body. Eehab, standing next to Broskis Dead unid body, runs up to me and shoots me dead in one shot.
I report, He said "Inno was killedinfront of u and ur t buddy ran away, youll get more T rounds with better teammates in the Future"

SO basically, since i hadnt done anything yet, didnt even get a chance to Id the body Eehab shoots me then gets away with it cus its been 2 maps and still no slay.​

I just wanna have a fun night but no im here reporting Abuse and Rdmmer getting away. Also not calling out im getting harrassed by eehab. Rdmmed me as a detective, shot first and everything but noo he still doesn't get slayed.

Muffinman still allowing harrassment.

hey there thanks for taking the time to report let jump into this, I'm going to break this up into a few parts for you.

First the report that you have provided that is in question, as you can see from this death scene there are a few things that go one here, (see below) as you can see you were staring right at broski when he was kill and had done nothing about it. You had not called a kos, shot at the T or even made an effort the get off the car and ID the body. Now witnessing a murder and doing nothing makes you GBA, not Iding a body is a T act and makes you kosable and gave Eehab the right to kill you.

Second the revenge RDM that you did https://i.imgur.com/7Iwtbn1.jpg you did get 2 slays for that and I did have discretion to do so since it was a cut and dry case of revenge RDM.

Third the harassment warning that I in fact did give to Eehab https://i.imgur.com/5YV2bee.png Also if he had further harassed you then you could/should have pmed me or admin chatted me and I would have delt with it further.

Hi there. i can confirm i talked to The Muffinman about the incident but that was only due to the fact Kindred (frost) told me he was Rdmed and the mods did nothing so i decided to help him. I got into a VC with Muffin and he explained the report was closed due to frost not identifying the body and Guilt By Association (when he let Indy kill an inno and run away) , i was asked to explain this to Kindred by muffin as he felt Kindred would listen to me but i guess Kindred still feels like the mod is letting rdm go.

I understand why @The Frost Godfather is upset about Eehab killing him as it was Frost's Traitor round and he feels like it was unfair for him to get killed.. although Eehab's report response did nothing but aggravate him but that doesn't excuse revenge Rdming which was blatantly obvious (you stated that you were going to RDM him and you did). In all honesty you should have ID the body instead of trying to KOS indy as Eehab probably watched you not bother to ID it.

@eehab could have let you ID the body but he probably just came back and saw Indy running into the T room, you standing there and not bothering to shoot at indy which is GBA (guilt by association). Eehab also shouldn't have been toxic towards you (harassment) in which muffin did warn him and he was kicked earlier today for harassing players (Eehab has a past experience of using the "n word" or being very toxic to players in chat).

This is how i saw the incident happened. I'm sorry you fun night was ruined because of being Rdmed, it's a part of the game and all we can do is report it and move on, otherwise you wont be able to join the game.
