How in the world is EthenAK a T mod?! He literally started playing on our servers a couple weeks ago. He hasn't been active in the discord nor forums at all! This is honestly depressing that people who just recently came to our community are getting T mod and Mod without being here long enough to learn the full and absolute ways of the rules. And even the challenges and experience of the rules.
This isn’t the way to go about asking this. Publicly outing him is hella wrong. He was picked up because he shows better qualities than the other applicants. Ones that rhaz was looking for in particular. You can be mod at anytime, as long as you meet the requirements, and he does. PS he’s been apart of the community for nearly a year. There's more to staffing than knowing the rules. EthenAK is someone who has prior staffing experience and showed some of the traits we look for in applicants such as staying calm under pressure and keeping a professional attitude. He may not be an expert on the rules right now, but the whole point of a trial phase is for him to learn them. I can assure you that he won't be promoted to full mod until he shows that he can enforce the rules properly by himself.
I’d also like to add a lot happens that you can’t see in dms they go over a lot and talk to the applicants prior to get to know them with so many varying factors you can’t just assume he shouldn’t have been chosen.
I'm not making an assumption I was wondering how someone with hardly activity on either the forums, discord, or game becomes mod.
