Discussion:Why are ex staff so toxic?

I missed this the first time around. I always thought you were cool, and some of those late nights in shoutbox were really fun. I know that you feel wronged, and idk maybe you were (dude I barely fucking paid any attention let's be real), but yeah, I get it man. Either way, if you ever wanna be a nice guy again just stroll on into sb and uh we can have a conversation. Or not. Whatever man.

Why are current staff so toxic?

 

its like an ex-politician.

gotta show off ur big dick mode where u insult everyone or say fuck in every sentence cause ur a big boy.

but for real, probably for 4 main reasons.

1) I wasted my time as a mod. It is basically slavery - invalid point btw.

2) i got demoted because the system hates me having a life/having fun

3) i once was staff so I have the right to be better than my peers, and current staff (since I was staff before them and therefore I understand what it was like to be an OG)

4) ?????

fuck all. I do what I want, why? bc im me, and my personality is me. but mostly because of my ego, so I probably claim with point 3, duh.

im not that toxic tho, like seriously im pretty reasonable.

 

It's because ex-staff are like finally able to voice their opinions without fear of demotion lol

This^ especially opinions about other staff members, and the staff team in general. If I pointed out mistakes Irish made when I was a mod/admin, I would've got in trouble for it and the staff team as a whole would've made a very big deal about it. It's not that we intentionally try to be toxic - it's just that rather than ignoring every idiot, we can finally call them an idiot.
