What are some of your New Year's Resolutions? I hear that sharing them with more people keeps you better on track to follow it instead of just giving up on it. Was just curious on what some of you have come up with! --- I'll start off by sharing mine. I've already reduced the amount of soda that I drink and increased the water. That was a big focus in the middle of 2019 that I had to work on. Though now I need to step up on working out more often. That is my main goal of 2020, to get in better shape for the upcoming fall police academy. I took the PT test last week and my results were less than optimal. Which was a real bummer because I felt pretty prepared for it. I'll make it into the next one for sure though! --- If you feel comfortable sharing yours, feel free!

¤ To start taking better care of my health and not to push myself too much. ¤ To ask for help and not feel as bad for asking for help. ¤ To learn to like/love myself. ¤ To spoil the ones I love even more. I do have one more but that I will not write here. It is too personal, sorry.
I don't usually make lists, but there are some things that I wish I could improve about myself: * I wish I could actually exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes, because as awesome 2019 was I have gotten really lazy and inactive * I wish I could actually eat less meat/fat and junk food * I wish I could get more confidence in myself, without getting too confident Anyways, standard stuff. Because one thing I learned in 2019 is to appreciate who I am and every little bit in life that makes me happy. I stopped caring about my short height, I stopped caring about my mild hair loss, I stopped caring about my beauty, and learned to be myself and I've never been happier. My proudest accomplishment in life is my humor, because I used to be the most boring person ever, now I can make people laugh everyday and that is all what it takes to make my day: when someone can laugh with me at something I've said. Happy new year SGM and happy new decade!
• Work harder and transfer into my dream school (UIUC) • Drop my "date for two months and then find a new one" mentality and get a real relationship. • Express my creativity more. • Cut out fake friends and make new ones. • Eat healthier and work out. Basically just getting in shape.
