A year and a half ago I was gifted Vip by a person who was perma banned from this community. Having no way of communicating with him anymore, and having no way to repay him for his kindness I decided to spread joy by giving one to someone else, hopefully they will be just as happy as I was.

I'm not sure, since this giveaway was supposed to be more for people who don't have a lot of money on their own, so they can't afford rank, since you already have two ranks it would a shame if you won over a person who doesn't even have a single rank, you know.

But if enough people with both Vip and Vip+ enter the giveaway over people who don't have ranks then I'll consider it.
