Meh, this staff team isn't perfect, but they do follow protocol very well usually. I feel like we have a decent system in place. The staff has improved a lot over the years. I feel like this post is a cry for help more so then a cry for improving SGM. You seem salty that all of your suggestions are being shot down and instead of realizing they're bad suggestions, you blame the community for disapproving of them, when they are the ones voting for their own experience. In a way that's part of being a team, as a community. If you haven't noticed, they are VERY particular about who they choose to staff. If you don't get approved, then you shouldn't blame them for saying no, you should aspire for the change necessary (trust me, I would know). Stop being so cynical man, and enjoy the community. It's one of the best ones I've personally been a part of.
