Why you should be unbanned:

The moderator was not so kind as to tell me to stop. (which i would have because i respect peoples ears) But instead gags and then quickly bans me. If everybody is having fun and enjoying something, i don't think one person that has a different opinion and have higher power than anybody else should act upon it as quickly as the moderator that was on at the time did. (scuffed water)​

Evidence of Innocence:

There were many people singing songs including some Minecraft parody's. Then I actually started playing music through my mic people in the server enjoyed it, and some were even singing along, but as soon as the moderator scuffed water got on they were very quick to gag, wait a couple of seconds then ban me for eight hours. I was not recording and I did not screen anything so i am sorry to say that i don't have any images/videos to help my case.​

yeah, that’s what happened. You micspammed, I gagged you, then un-gagged you only to find that you were still playing it, which received a round gag. Map change happened, and you decided to start playing music again, so you were banned. I’ll respond with actual evidence soon.

Edit: I did tell you not to, however it was in chat so you probably missed it.

For the appeal aspect of this, your a relatively new player who I personally have never seen cause any trouble when ive played with you other than this, and on top of that, the ban is very short. I'm going to go ahead and Accept this appeal, however the ban will not be voided. Thank you for appealing on our forums.
