    Why you should be unbanned:
    I should be unbanned because I contribute to the SGM community. I got banned for racism, false reporting and rdming. I really did not do these claims. I am not a racist and i do not false report.​
    Evidence of Innocence:
    I reported Kitty Kat for False kosing which "Fail" is my evidence on. For racism I think that is a false report because I never do anything racist. I will admit that i did rdm in self defense. There were no admins online at the time so about ten to twenty people were rdming, sometimes people would shoot me and since it is TTT I would assume they are traitor. Then when I checked the body they were innocent. Couple seconds later would be an RDM report from the "rdmer"​

    I have seen this, but is currently on my way to work and will first be home in about 11 hours.

    Meanwhile this ban is only local to vanilla, and you are able to play on our other servers.

    I joined the server right as you left and saw a bunch of reports that you filed against random players, harassing them or using slurs in your report reason or response.

    Johnny has been mic spamming racist stuff for 1 hour before voca had joined vanilla. I was present the entire time and have a small recording of it. The appeal is pointless as Johnny is a racist, false kosd, and is overall a terrible fit to the community

    I have now collected the evidence that led to your ban.

    You got reported on the forums: https://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/report-against-johnnycash.52559/ as seen here.
    You were micspamming racial slurs into your mic for a good while.

    I then later joined the server to hand out a warning to you, but you had already left the server, so I went and handled some reports and found these:

    These reports shows you first of all using the slurs again, harassing another user and false reporting other players when they havent hurt or been near you.

    These reports together with the video in the report against you, was breaking enough rules, under same protocol that I decided a 5 day ban was needed to cool you down.

    If you have anything to add, I leave it open for you to respond to for 2 days, before concluding this ^^

    As we have spoken about this over Discord, we came to an agreement that it would be best if you were to be serving the rest of this ban and come back a better man next time.
    @Male @LT.Kitty-Kat If there happens any beef between you and Johnny, please avoid any confrontations and try to ignore eachother the best you can, if you meet again on the servers.
