Depending on where you live, your ping will vary even if all servers are in NA. If i were to connect to west while living on the east coast my ping will be 200. Its not a problem with the servers.
I beleive that both Both West and East have their servers in NA, so the simple answer would be that whatever town you live in, is closer to the place the East Server is at, than where the West servers are placed. And that your town has bad online connection to the place that the West servers are running from.
I dont know what to tell you then besides possibly look into gettig a faster download speed from your isp. I live on the east coast, and with 50mb/s download speed now, i can join west at around 70 ping and even eu at only 100 ping. Sadly upgrading your internet is really the only way to fix your issues. There isnt anything weong with the ping on the servers as far as im able to see
Use flex seal to mend your internet connection, or use Nord VPN to fix all of your internet-related issues. The two combined can fix anything.
