Planting trees is a good idea. Heck, do it myself. Creates windbreaks, increases water holding capacity, provides home for tasty critters to shoot at, etc, etc. But this? This is retarded.
The problem with these videos is.. I mean.. Who actually listens and does something about it? I don't know about you guys, but I don't really know anybody that has genuinely said something like "wow I feel motivated" and actually did something about it after watching one of these type of videos. Just went onto their normal life. I mean damn those companies cutting down a shit ton of trees are really doing more than this dude since they plant like two per tree they cut down lmao. Again, good message.. But telling people this, probably <50% of the time wont do toooooo much.
I can tell you guys what grows the fastest but is the most illegal. I can tell you guys how we can stop a lot of pollution but you will all be bankrupt. I can tell you how to keep the sea clean of plastic but we all need the factories who dump it or go bankrupt trying to get rid of it in a good way.
