Why you should be unbanned:

I've been playing on the server for a while now just getting into GMOD TTT as I really only played on DarkRP - I was playing all day practically and then there were 2 guys named Oxford & 2Pac constantly making false KOS's and a moderator Ryan would log on and then off once all the reports were too much for him apparently. Then a new moderator Scuffed Water logged on didn't do much at all and these guys kept on causing trouble until they eventually just stopped. All day I was playing keep in mind infront of moderators and all other players no one accusing me of cheats except when Scuffed Water logs on and the map switches to De_Dolls. I'm playing and he jumps into spectator and he sits there probably spectating me for about 4ish rounds. This is after me and him arguing for about 4ish rounds. He didn't do anything to resolve the rule breakers I quoted before and that was quite frustrating and annoying.. He then jumps onto the mic and says "Jenga do you have anything to tell me" like mid laugh almost and I said "Why would I want to tell anything to a moderator that does nothing to punish the rule breakers breaking rules blatantly". He then perm bans me for cheating (1st) which was the last thing I thought he would've done and I messaged a friend on the server 11Cent and apparently Scuffed Water was laughing saying how he watched for only 1 round then banned me. I don't understand how someone like this could be a moderator for such a popular TTT server and not be caught out for not having an idea on what to do in stressful situations and then making such a bad judgement call. I really hope he has evidence to back up his claims - I'm ranked B on ESEA and have about 4500 hours on CS:GO as well as about 2100 on GMOD. I don't see how this guy can actually have the power to ban someone forever without having a second opinion.​

Evidence of Innocence:

None I just wiped my computer 3 nights ago now and didn't even think about downloading Geforce Experience. I hope Scuffed Water has some evidence of his own that would be hysterical to review.​

Hey there Jenga, I was the one that banned you for hacking first. To clarify, what 11cent mentioned was someone asking me how I realized that you were hacking, and I responded with that it only took a few rounds to catch suspicion of it. Enough about that though, due to the fact that its late and I'm typing this from my phone, the evidence will not be able to be posted until sometime tomorrow.

That's weird it didn't sound like that in voice "It took one round for me to know he was" was exactly what you said. What a shame hopefully you can include that in the evidence that would be great!

 

For clarity's sake, since Scuff didn't mention it: You were not permanently banned, you were banned only for 4 weeks local to TTT West. You can play on East, Vanilla or EU still.

 

Thanks for clarifying still stands as a false ban.
