Why you should be unbanned:

I don't know if I "should" be unbanned, I would mostly just like to clarify things a bit and then see if I could be unbanned, or have the ban reduced.​

Evidence of Innocence:

First off, I don't know which server it was on, but i am just guessing the west one. If not, please let me know.

What happened was, we played two rounds (the rounds my offenses were on) in which I hit people with a crowbar (rdm). The first time, it was a fellow traitor (I was a traitor), and I was trying to push him (he was in my way, and I couldn't get past him). I never use the crowbar, and the only thing I knew about it was that it was for pushing people and breaking windows and didn't hurt people. I guess that was only secondary click??? I know that doesn't make it justifiable, and I should have known, I just thought I should say that I wasn't intentionally trying to hurt someone. Especially not a fellow traitor, as that's completely stupid.

Now the second time I did it, (hit someone with a crowbar), the round hadn't begun yet, and I was swinging my crowbar at a guy trying to get his intention. Then the round started, and it damaged him. This was completely my fault, as at that point I knew it damaged people, since I learned that the last time.

At first when it said I was to be slayed, I was very confused, as I had completely forgotten I had hit people with the crowbar (not something I thought too deeply about), but I decided to just take the slay and get on with it (Missed headshot wars, fml). but when I was slayed again the next round I was confused, and then told I would be slayed another 5 rounds after that. So I didn't see a point in staying and sitting through what could end up being an hour of watching other people play. Plus, me exiting and not watching through those rounds would end up being the same ammount of missed gametime as it would be if I stayed and watched them. So I saw no point. I guess that's what you call RDM'ing and leaving? And now I'm banned for 5 days from the only TTT server that I like.

It's a little frustrating to me, since I've been RDM'd countless times, reported, and had nothing happen to the person who did it (kill RDM's, not even damage RDM's). So to get banned for 5 days for damaging two people, both accidently, kind of sucks. I do apologize for breaking the rules, and if it's possible I will sit through the 5 game slays now if it means I am not banned for 5 days.

You were banned by @stormcreator on the Vanilla server for RDM and leave; he will reply at his nearest convenience. I highly doubt you were being slain for 5 rounds and I know for a fact that you weren't slayed during a fun round, because it occurred on the vanilla server.

Our Server Rules clearly state that you have to stay until the end of your slay round otherwise it is considered RDM and Leave. All you would have had to do was stay during your two rounds of slays for RDMing two players. After that, nothing would have happened, unless you decided to RDM again.

definitely slayed on the fun round. It said I killed myself. It said just before that I would be slayed that round. I sat through the fun round, and the next round, and was slayed the round after that as well, and told I would be slayed 5 rounds. I know now that I shouldn't have left. It's possible that someone else told me I would be slain another 5 rounds, but I was definitely slayed 3 times, including a fun round.

Storm, when you read this, I am sorry for leaving, but I just simply did not have the time to sit through 5 more rounds of being slayed.

 

I'm going to doubt that happened. Sure, you could have been slain on a fun round, but it wasn't on the server you RDM'd and Left on. You left from the Vanilla server whilst slain, which is a minecraft only server.

 

Look man, it was on the vanilla minecraft server, and it was headshot wars. There was no prizes or anything, but sometimes on the vanilla server they do Harpoon wars and headshot wars, if you are unaware of that. It doesn't reward anything, but I've seen it happen many times. And I only play on the Vanilla minecraft server.

 

The only time there are fun rounds on Vanilla is if they are forced by admins or above. It would be kind of odd that you were slain on a forced fun round and banned by a moderator. Either way, I really doubt you were going to be slain for 5 rounds; as it is not in our protocols. @stormcreator will reply as soon as he can.

 

I'm pretty sure it was forced, as it only happens when admins or mods are on. But I was definitely slayed on headshot wars, and I don't understand why you keep questioning me on that.

 

It can only happen when an admin or above is on. Mods can't force fun rounds.

Highwon was on during that period. I remember playing with this guy and he did RDM and leave. Since Storm was the one who issued the initial ban, it's up to him to decide the outcome.

NOTE: I don't even recall seeing a notification about you getting slain for 5 rounds. If you did, then that would go against basic protocols and I would've talked to Storm about it in that case.

 

I don't know if it was storm, but after being slayed for the third time and asking how many more times I would be slain, someone said 5. I thought it was storm, but since you're all saying that's against protocol, I doubt it was him.

 

If storm was the one that banned you, it was most likely him that issued the slays. We usually try to keep it so that the person that issues the slay will issue the ban.

I slayed you for first and second offence of rdm. And just to clear it up we did have a hs wars, but that was after highwon left, weird right? But I told you through pm that you had two more rounds of slays to go, you left immediately after. So taking that, and the fact that you left in full knowledge that you would be banned I am going to deny this appeal.
