Why you should be unbanned:

Was false banned due to disagreeing with a moderator (Toest)

first slay was legitimate, had an altercation and killed the wrong person.

Was then given 2 slays for doing 8 damage to an afk in the start of a round due to accidentally tapping my touchpad (I use a laptop with mouse) when typing, was unaware i did this due to it being thru a teleport wall until moderator reported me for it. I was told it shouldve been a ban for that 8 damage. I had 914 karma at the time.
I debated the overpunishment for a small accident with the moderator and he proceeded to pull up when i accidentally shot him 3-4 rounds prior due to someone behind me shooting in my direction/at me, which i promptly apologized for at the time and offered to let him kill me, which he didnt do at that current time.
He only reported that one after i had debated with him the inane logic of the 2 slays given for an accident. He didnt read my response and simply banned me after i responded without giving it thought or dialogue.​

As you can see, your common theme here is "I misclicked because of my touchpad." I informed you in game that accidental rdm is still rdm, even before your third offense. This ban is a local 1 day ban, and you did not show me any reason in game or on this report that you should be unbanned.
