Why you should be unbanned:

Why was I banned in the first place? I threw 2 grenades. One after taking damage from an opposite rooftop...and dealing only 6 damage (after someone saw the fire and ran into it).. The second after SAYING HEY IM THROWING A GRENADE into an area where a female gamer was and immediately being banned from a TLC guy obviously whiteknighting a person named Cat. I get the sentiment, but preventing people from joining the community because of a hard-on is a bit much. I was polite, I took my 2 round first offense of being instantly killed in stride. Then I was banned after trying to sus out things the next round.......soooooooo ya.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Asking people to provide gameplay recording at ALL TIMES(sarcasm) is a bit much. Ask the person that banned me for the video of my "atrocities". This was all based on VON on the server. I will return after my ban is over, but this really needs to be looked at. To me, this is a classic case of 16 year old with too much power.​

First off, we're going to take a look at this rule in the extended rules .

-Whenever you are about to use an explosive item, activate a map trap/hazard, or perform any action that may cause collateral damage, you MUST provide a sufficient warning in a timely manner to your teammates, allowing them enough time to react and to move or stay away.

You did not provide any warning to your teammates that you were throwing a grenade into a GROUP of players. You threw a grenade cause you saw someone throw a grenade from the group. Thus you damaged about 3 players with that incend grenade. Which you only received 2 slays for.

First and second reports against you

You took those slays, like you said but you argued with me for almost a full map.

You then claimed that another player was shooting at other players, which he did not. I checked via the Death scene and he didn't shoot at a single person.

You then proceeded to throw another grenade at another group of players (including myself), this time you gave a verbal warning on VOIP. You then threw it instantly after you warned, giving no players any time to run from said grenade.

It was a lot more than 6 damage as well, you damaged at least 2 more players during the time you threw the incend again.

I also do not appreciate the snarky comments about me being a "whiteknight" or "a 16 year old with too much power". Both of your statements are wrong and more comments like this will not be tolerated.

 

"Slousifer [Innocent] has damaged Largo4589 [Innocent] for 6hp with fire" Not to say im wrong, I was only paying attention. As for the other people Shooting at us claim...check the logs for the other rooftop, We had an incendiary grenade hit us as well. Also I gave 5 seconds warning on the second incendiary time...people not leaving the room is not my fault on a fair play. If a 30 second "heads up" time is needed for grenades then remove them.

 

You literally said in your report that you gave a two second warning for when you
threw it, which is definitely not long enough for someone to move in such a
crowded, tight space.

A traitor threw a incend grenade into the group of players, which he gave a warning
for in traitor chat. You were not a traitor and you did damage a bunch of your
teammates with no warnings at all.

 

No one said 2 seconds, ever. Where is this info? Also if it was a traitor that is fine, but the fact remains an incen came from the opposite roof and I retaliated. How is that not allowed?

 

In this report that you responded to.You said "it wasn't instant. 2 seconds"


You are allowed to throw a grenade back, as long as you have given a valid warning with adaquate amount of warning time. Not 2 seconds but let's say 3-5 seconds would be good enough timing.
