Hey there therealluke,

I sadly have work today so i won't be home to collect evidence untill the evening. However this ban originates from the EU vanilla server instead of the west server. Does that mean you had a powerdown yesterday? Or did you have it a while back on west?

This is also the 3th ban within 24 hours. I want to believe that you had a powerdown. But right now it is not showing good unless you can provide any evidence of the powerdown.

I've asked some of my fellow staff members if there is a way to prove a power-down as it is a crash and should be logged somewhere.
You can proof you innocence if you can post a picture/screenshot of the day that you crashed (yesteday) with the proper realibility mention.
How you can get the proof and how it looks:

You can get the proof by typing reliability in your windows search bar (or use the translation of the word in your own language).
You will be shown such a page:

hi i would like to say the reason i disconnected was because my Wifi went off and i am playing on a laptop so when my power went out my laptop just used it battery, so is there any way of me being able to check when my laptop loses connection to my wifi?

Hey there Therealluke,

Sorry that i forgot the option of a laptop, but there is a way to show your connection I have a windows 10 system, which is kinda new for me so i had to go out and find the logs by myself since google is not that teachable anymore.
So I went out and crashed my internet on purpose to make the logs at the time that i noted down myself. When i got the the files here below i crashed my internet again to make the same error in the system to be sure that those logs are internet logs (what am I a idiot, it shows internet connection broken and internet connected in there anyway ).
I had the following logs, just the date and status broken are enough for me, but i will show you the complete picture because i want to show you how it looks like with the current date and all connected to it:

I also made a cool Video how to find it, the only problem is that it is in dutch, my native language. But i put a English description in there so you can use those .

I've looked over all the the evidence you have provided and found that you had a power-down.
I will be removing this ban, however I will not be voiding it as it could've been a forced power-down (which i can't know so I remain neutral about this).

The other bans that you already had on the other servers remain there (EU2 and Vanilla).

not voided So keep in mind that your next punishment might have harsher consequences.
