@Zypther - I watched you struggle every single day and saw you pull through after all of it. From the day you talked to me about how nervous you were about being a trial moderator again, to the very end. Literally to this day. When you told me and worried that you would dissapoint me, I couldn't help but get that thought out of your head. You never have dissapointed me in a single day of your tenure here under my team, and I can say for certain you did your best. You tried and struggled so hard, and it's ok that you didn't make it at the end because I know it isn't in your control and I know you didn't want to go.
