Why you should be unbanned:

I'm tired of this stupid bias i'm aware of the rules but this is outrageous. i was going about my business playing ttt and out of nowhere a mod messaged me to change my spray, because it was "pornographic"

This is absolutely stupid. Have you guys ever seen pornography? the man in the spray was shirtless, there was no visible genitalia at all. I'm sorry if my spray intimidated you death the kid, we can't all be straight.

I'm angry because your rules on sprays are borderline dumb. Having a individual create rules for your server is about as well thought out as going camping with no supplies, it's a poor way to run your server and just ends up creating bias. If a man without a shirt is considered pornography and a drawn image of a large breasted woman tied up in rope is not, i cannot help but feel like there's some sort of inherent bias towards me.

I know for a fact i'm not going to get unbanned because this server hands out bans like wellfair to the impoverished. I hope you'll consider that maybe that men without shirts is in fact not pornography and instead just a human without a top​

Alright, so as you are stating in the picture the guy is just shirtless. Which yes indeed he is shirtless, but it's not only his shirt, he is completely naked, with a just a part of bed sheets to cover his manhood. The way i see it, that is being shown in a pornographic way. As for my evidence, i will not be posting the image, instead, the conversation me and you had in private about changing the spray.

So as the evidence shows, i had asked you twice to change it, instead of just asking you once then banning you i tried giving you a second chance, but instead you had chosen to call me homophobic. So may i ask, do you have anything to add?

 

I was actually in the process of changing it while i was talking to you, and i had not resprayed it so if you had removed it nobody would've been able to see it. i was arguing which i probably shouldn't have because i still think the cause of you disliking said spray was homophobic in nature because if we are going along the lines that somebody partially naked is "pornographic" that hentai spray which displays items of sexual intent could also be classified as pornographic. I'm sorry for arguing with you but i think the claim was slightly biased

 

So if we were speaking just slightly naked then yes it would be a totally different story, however the man in the spray was not partially naked, he was fully naked, partially would mean he is still wearing some form of clothing, yet he was not. I'm willing to give you a chance, if would change the spray as soon as you were unbanned seeing as this is just your first offence

 

I'll change it whenever i can get on next since i don't really play Gmod that often unless you want to personally remove it, or if there is a way to remove it without getting in game
