Apparently banned for no recoil?


There is so much wrong with the "evidence" and the reasoning for the ban so I'm just gonna break it down, because I am actually tired of defending myself.


From 0:07 - 0:09 seconds - Play this clip at .5 speed at look at the wall...

There is CLEAR Bullet spread, and it matches up to my tapping that i was doing.

14 seconds - once again play this clip at .5 speed,

you can see i tapped 3 bullets and they spread once again matching to my firing patter.

16 seconds - .5 speed again

you can see i tapped 3 bullets again. All hitting in different directions relative to the recoil of the AK.

around 17 - 19 seconds - .5 speed again

This one is actually hilarious and really proves to me you all watched this video once and didn't think twice...

MY BULLET LITERALLY HIT ANOTHER BOX AS I WAS AIMING AT THE ONE TO ITS LEFT.

IF I HAD NO RECOIL HOW IN THE FUCK WOULD THAT HAPPEN.

I have respect for HelixSpiral and the way he handled my past situation, but this is actually sad. The attitude i was given by him and panda pre-ban and post-ban is shameful and proves to me that i was only banned because of history, which I was promised was going to be wiped...

This is a clear case of a Garry's Mod spectator glitch.
Why are there no other clips of said recoil hacks.
Why am I constantly put in the position to defend myself.

I want answers.​

I'll reply to this in a bit as Panda is currently gathering a bit more clips that he had recorded as well (even though I believe the one I already sent you was more than enough, as well as a fair number of others in administration).

In regards to the past ban being wiped, that was not our agreement. After discussion, you had told me that your brother had indeed informed you that he was playing on your account, and hacked on our servers. After our discussion, and after you promised to lock down your account and that hacking would no longer occur on your account, I reduced your previous ban, not wiped.

Give @Panda With a Gun some time to get these together and I'll post them along with my decision

Like I mentioned in our conversation, and above, the video I banned you for is the same one that is posted. Panda has provided me the following video that provides different plays where he spectated you- some where it appears you have no-recoil, others where it does. This all was considered suspicious until the video of which you already have came in. Most notably are the ones where you're using the AK such as the first clip, and the clip starting at 0:40. Other admins also believe that you may be using some type of b-hopping script, however, I admit I am bad at determining bunny-hop scripts, so this did not weigh in my decision. (Video link here: )

As this is your fourth offense across various alts, this results in a permanent ban- as mentioned previously, our agreement in the past was not a full wipe of your previous ban history, but rather, a reduction in the length of your previous ban. I still have a transcript of this conversation if you would like a copy of it.

You mentioned how the bullets don't go towards your cursor. This does not explain the behavior in the video. No-spread, and no-recoil are two different entities. Fact of the matter is, the recoil of the AK-47 is just too high to be controlled in this manner, nor be explained by any type of spectator glitch.
