TheHyperBird calling out T buddies, general harrassment

Reason For Report: (What did he/she do?):Called me out as a T buddy, saying threatening things through the mic, threatening to RDM me the next round also though the mic

Evidence And/Or Witnesses: Bob dolan(the mod) probably heard some of the threats he made through his mic, as well the "Thepepper" and "DoubleRainbow" But i have other screenshots to prove the calling my KOS as a T buddy.

As you can clearly see, this user is pretty toxic to the player-base, and I would dislike him affecting the server at all.

 

You put out a bounty on Hyperbird, which is harassment. Even if you want to say that you can't RDM, it can still cause RDM. Do you want to explain yourself for your harassment?

Just because someone else said something to you doesn't mean you can harass them by putting out a bounty to kill them. That, I find as unprofessional; especially for someone with an open application.

 

Actually he said "he will give 150 points if you kill hyper without rdming and with proof. And second hyper keeps harassing players and insulting them.

 

It doesn't matter if you say without RDMing. It is harassment and can cause RDM. Don't put bounties on players.

Could you post proof of this? Frankly it just seems like you guys don't let cow shot because of either a) his voice or b) he talks more than usual. As far as the initial harassment goes, unless you actually have proof, Linus, it's words vs. words. As far as the rest goes, I see you harassing cow shot and him retaliating. Either way, you're both in the wrong.

 

The reason i put a bounty out on him, is because he is constantly screaming into his mic, and harassing me, I put the bounty out for three rounds in an attempt to get him to stop, even saying three times to him through my mic, "Just stop bothering me and I wont bounty you"
The way i phrased my bounty was "Bounty to the first Traitor who kills TheHyperBird, will verify with the help of a mod, after the round."
Wouldnt cause Rdm, im offering it to the traitors.

 

Actually, I never cared about young players, its an important part of the player-base, The issue with him developed when he started telling me to "Shut up you are annoying as fuck" when I was trying to talk about the game with various players, after that the harassment started, the next round he called a KOS on my as a T buddy( i didnt bounty him that round) This was a summation of his general treatment towards me, it was solicited.

 

Bounties have caused RDM in the past. So because a player harasses you, you decided to harass them? Then you decided to report them afterward? No, you both are guilty of harassment and I'm pretty disappointed in @Bob Dolan for not taking care of it on both sides. I think that @Thanks4TheFish should be made aware if it.

 

Thats a lie as you see that the round starts, you bounty him, then he KOS's you. Yes, that is harassment and even if you put a no RDM disclaimer on it, it can still cause RDM.

Honestly, I have only seen your harassment and it's word vs word for his; the one you PM'd Bob Dolan about.

 

Linus, he never screamed at you maybe he talked a little louder because everytime he decided to say something to defend him someone talked over him. Either way the kid really did nothing, but everytime hes in the lobby people always give him a hard time for no reason, which is one of the reasons why he changes his name all the time

 

Tyrone, forgive me if I am wrong, but i dont think you were there when it started, it started in that large map that is able to flood(Its name currently.)

I understand your view Mango, but I would not blame Bob, he did not see a large bit of it, he was usually alive until the round ended and was unable to see alot of this.
In hindsight, I agree with you, and perhaps I have become a little flustered about the whole situation. In the future i will work hard to make sure my personal mood does not effect how I treat others, If it is fine with you, I would like to drop this, and call it "Bickering between players," as for me bounty-ing him, i do apologize for that for that. I can see how that can cause RDM regardless of how I state it.
