idk just wondering what you guys think about his death

There's been lots of controversy, with people bringing up his violent past (beating a pregnant woman) and the fact that his earlier songs kinda glorified violence and killing people

I definitely dont think he should've died for his violent past actions. And he's donated lots of money to charity and was planning to do some other charity event in just a week from now (i think) so he definitely changed from his dark past

I absolutely despise how our society enables people like this, and how people are so blind to this sort of evil. There are a not-insignificant amount of children, teenagers, and young adults who look up to people like XXXTentacion and Chris Brown as "role models".

This being said, I don't support how he was just straight up murdered. He just got off house arrest for his tour and was awaiting trial for his domestic violence against his pregnant girlfriend and more than a dozen other felony charges. Spending a couple decades in prison is what he deserved, not some random revenge / vigilante execution.

And I think that girl admitted that she lied about the incident. Not sure, remember reading something like that a while ago. Either way someone died, yeah he wasn't perfect but he was still a young dude.

Whether he was proven innocent or guilty in a court of law we may never know. I won't sit there and argue with you until I'm blue in the face about how good or bad of a person be was, but I will say though that he made some music that I enjoyed and that it is unfortunate that he was put down like that when doing a charity event. Godspeed X.

 

And can we just talk for a second that no one really helped him? There are videos of him being lifeless and all people are doing is posting snaps of it like can nobody perform CPR? Or you know at least try to get help from an operator if no one knew how to? He wasn't a great person and he tried to improve on his name but this was a bad situation that turned worse because of the shitty reaction to it.

 

Everybody who comments something like "Lets not forget the time he..." or "RIP but he" really should re-evaluate their morals.
This guy was 20. And he had a good soul. He did a lot of horrible shit that he repented to and he was legitimately trying to better his life and other people´s lifes.
And even if he didnt, hes still a human, someone´s son and loved one, and still only 20. Have some goddamn respect for the people who mourn him if you arent going to yourself and stop with the incriminating hateful comments.
Youre human too, youve done shitty things in your life. You wouldnt like people shitting on your grave for that if you died tomorrow.

And yes, she did. Dont spread lies. She lied about most of it. The whole barbecue fork thing that is being spread as a copypasta, she admitted to it being a lie.

 

I know a guy who had a rly shit upbringing he has rly fucked up way of dealing with stuff, but he is a pretty good guy when you sit down to talk to him. Upbringing rly fucks some ppl up sucks that life is like that.

 

This guy grew up in abuse so thats all he knew. The shit he did he did when he was still part of a gang and in the street life. He found an escape to those ways in music, and helping others. He sincerely had changed as a human being.
The most ironic thing is he was going to do a charity event/concert this weekend I think.

If I ever beat the shit out of my partner or beat a guy half to death for being straight yous can shit on my grave all I want because I won't deserve any sort of respect at all. Im not standing up for his actions. Its not like im excusing him for all the shit he did. But talking shit about a 20 yrold guy who just got brutally murdered and never did anything to you personally doesnt really put you in a place to tell me I should get some morals. BUT IF he did do the things he is accused of he deserves 0 respect.
I feel sorry and bad for those who are affected by his death, for those who were his family and friends, but I feel no sadness at all for him.
