Well, I'm not expecting too much from this appeal since I very much deserved the ban that I got, however, I hope I can successfully appeal it due to the circumstances.

I'm not going to sit here and say "Wow, what a stupid ban!" because I should've definitely realized at the time that my plan would backfire, which was originally just to get banned for 24h on each server to cool off, and the quickest way to do that would be to rdm 3 people(I now realize that asking an admin instead of a mod to ban me for that long would've worked wonders most likely, but my emotions were high and I wasn't thinking clearly, as was seen in the rest of the day)

So basically for anyone who isn't aware: I mass rdmed across 3 servers in order to get the mods online to ban me when they(specifically on one server) refused to ban me when I asked in admin chat.

However, I hope you can be lenient Mango(Since you'll be handling this appeal seeing as you're the one that banned me) in this case, as in the 4 months I've been on the server, I've never had a ban before or really that many issues at all, and almost no cases of intentional RDM, especially after I started being a regular on the server. I want the chance to prove that I can continue to play as I used to and not be a problem player.

I can assure you that nothing of the sort(Mass rdm) will happen again, and I'd appreciate a chance to at least play on the server again now that I've calmed down and stopped being a melodramatic bitch. I deeply apologize to everyone who I disappointed on Sunday, and hope that even if I don't get unbanned here that eventually everyone will stop looking down on me for it.

Hell, even being unbanned on just 1 server while keeping it on the rest of them for the full amount of time would be fine with me

When you were a moderator, what would you have wanted done if you saw a player Mass RDMing across every server within not even 24 hours of playtime?

 

I would've definitely wanted them banned/banned them. I'm not going to comment on the specifics of the situation, and I'm not denying that the ban was deserved, I simply wanted to give it a shot at appealing since I know and most people on this server that know me are aware that I'm not the type to mass rdm, and that it wouldn't happen again regardless of the ban length. Regardless, it's a fair point, typically you would want someone who mass rdmed to get banned and hell, probably stay banned.

If you decide to keep me banned, I certainly understand and wouldn't blame you, but I definitely would appreciate the chance to prove "Hey, I'm not some asshole suddenly guys!"

 

No offense Wolflord, but if you wanted to take a break so badly, why seek out to be banned? Why not simply keep away from the game from whatever time period you wanted to be away from the game?

 

Because I was trying to make sure I was unable to continue being toxic to the playerbase of this community to be perfectly honest. I feared that I lacked the self control to do so, so I attempted to get banned so I'd be forced to take at least a 24h break.

 

Oh so mass RDMing accross the 3 server's isen't being toxic? No no what am I saying.. Your right.. wait what.. say what what what... I don't think your actually sorry, I just think you believe you could get away with mass RDMIng and only recieve a 24 hour ban as your "cooldown mode" but oh Mango hit you with a stray lefthook and put 4 week ban on you, which I think is fully deserved and should not be lifted. I've had my own drama and I may of hucked around a few fuck yous and what not but I never mass RDM'd and ruined the fun for everyone else.


So just like an app im going to -1.

 

I would just like to point out you should have known it would backfire since multiple RDMs mean longer bans.
There is no way you could have walked away with just a 24h cross server ban.

 

Wolflord, I respect you for who being a competent mod while you were still one. However, when you left the moderating, you changed and doing this is still unacceptable. I will tell you that if any player did this, I would also give out the same punishment. You're no exception to this rule. You should've known what would happen if you did what you did when you were mass rdming man.

I'm going to have to say that you deserved your punishment and Mango did the right thing.

 

Wolflord, I believe the people have spoken. I just wanted some other opinions to show you how your actions impacted the server.

In the future, please consider how your actions may affect everyone BEFORE you carry them out.
