Why you should be unbanned:

So I leave to join East 1 because a lot of people were moving there.

I had NO reports on me when I left EU2, I come back a bit later and bam, banned for 14 days with no reason.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Again, I had no reports on me, and there wasn't a reason for my ban on the window. I have no idea why I am banned, and I'd be more than happy to find out why.​

 

I'll check this out in a bit, you did have a report on you though. It took a little longer than usual because of the trial mod that was present.

 

It said it got handled. The little window on the right side of the screen popped up and the "you cannot leave" thing was gone.

 

Is this for me killing that guy who said he didnt kill the detective and I responded with "i was trying to kill you for gba"? because that one said it got handled, thats the last report I had on me when I left from that map.

 

The report was definitely in progress as shown in the screenshot below.

Here you claim that you were shooting Lars for GBA, because he did not act on Rudolf killing the detective. However, after looking at the death scene, we can see that Lars did try and act on the traitor killing the detective before you shot. (The first shots seem to stop mid-air in the death scene because there was a hex shield placed down. There was a physical barrier preventing Lars from shooting the traitor at that time.)

You shot Lars after he had acted on the traitorous act, breaking GBA, which is why you were banned.

The report took a while longer than usual to handle because I wanted to have the trial mod deal with it, since it wasn't an usual report in a sense. It was a very good report to train those edge cases.

You may have confused the "X is now handling your report" with it being finished and didn't notice the warning at the top. It could also be possible that the warning bugged out during map change.

If you can somehow prove that you did not have the warning window and it was a bug, I'll unban you and let you serve the slay. Otherwise the ban will stay since your history is very extensive and you should know not to leave.

 

I can't prove that the window wasn't gone, you KNOW I can't. That isn't even an option.
And, Lars didn't break the GBA because he never called out the traitor who was literally right infront of him, he was completely able to kill him but put his entire clip into the side of the hex shield. I watched the entire thing happen, which is why I killed him. Your video even shows that he was standing RIGHT BESIDE THE TRAITOR, and he never called him out, or even damaged him. It's like I said, I watched the entire thing go down and he never called out the traitor, or pursued them. He just, walked away towards me instead of trying to kill the T

 

And your first screenshot doesn't even make sense, you SAID a trial mod was handling my report, I said they finished it. You can go back and re-open a report, there in that screenshot it says YOU'RE handling the report on me.

So, did a T mod handle my report and finish it and you re-opened it or something, or did you take over handling it?

 

Lars did attempt to take action against the player committing a traitorous act by shooting him. You don't have to call a KOS, that's not the only way to attack a person.

The trial mod joined after I already had the report in progress. I told him to handle it in chat since it was a good one (you can see that at the start of the video). Why he didn't take the report from me and mark it as his? I have no idea. What matters is that the report was never finished. (If you really want to contest the finishing part I can upload my entire recording from when the report came in until your ban)

That is exactly why I killed him. He shot into a hex shield, he didn't attack him or even hurt him, and allowed the traitor to run away completely unscathed. He didn't call him out, or attempt to chase after him; he started walking towards me after the encounter. It's like I said, I watched the entire fight happen. You can SEE me looking at them in the start of your video.

 

Like, there's even a fucking unidentified body on the ground right by him, you can see it in the video. My kill on Lars was completely justified, I don't understand how you're even able to argue against that.

 

Like, even in your screenshot it says it was concluded by Twig, the shit was fucking handled when I left dude. It was GONE. The window ontop of my screen was not there anymore, I wouldn't leave to get banned for two damn weeks and then go through an hour of my time to make an appeal, I'm not fucking insane.

 

He was attempting to shoot the traitor, the hex shield was a physical barrier preventing him from doing so. As per the extended rules: "GBA only applies if the player had a reasonable opportunity to act. This means they had sufficient time to react and were physically able to take action."

Even ignoring the hex shield part, he did later shoot straight at the traitor (as shown below), before you shot him.

The unidentified body is completely irrelevant here, as you did not say anything about it in your response. You claimed GBA, so we're looking at GBA.

The conclusion you see there is for staff only. It's used for training trial mods and players get no pop-up when a staff member sets a conclusion on a report.

 

He didn't shoot at him, he clearly shot at the wall, the entire time still not saying who the traitor is but only saying "I didnt kill the detective". It's like I said, I was watching the entire thing. This happened on the map Bowling, on ROUND 3. you were still handling it on the NEXT map, Office, I left when the rounds finished on Bowling.

I did not see any window, it took you 2-3 rounds to complete a report because you let a T mod do it, and you banned me after I left 2 rounds later? Come on, that's complete BS Rauno. Just, let me go serve the fucking slay then instead of banning me for 2 weeks over shooting a guy who, in my eyes, was a justified kill as I was watching the entire thing.

 

He shot close enough that it would be considered acting on the traitorous act. I understand how obvious it may have been that he was a traitor, but you couldn't kill him for GBA there.

Normally taking ages to handle the report would be a good reason to accept an appeal. Here however, that isn't the case for two reasons:

• A: You left right after the report was filed anyway (shown in my video), the report taking a long time to handle was completely irrelevant as you weren't on the server anyway. The complete opposite actually, it delayed your ban and you had more time to reconnect.
• And B: You have an extensive history of all types of RDM bans. You even had a 4 week global ban last month for intentional RDM.
