Why you should be unbanned:

It had been 2 maps cycles since my first RDM slay and I don't even remember filling out a report for the third RDM. Why was I banned for RDM x3​

Hey Canceled Fish.

First let me point out how RDM session works with me. As long as I'm in the server for a session. The RDM counters add ups wether be 10 minutes to couple of hours. The offense of people will stick until I leave unless 3rd Map has changed which it didn't.

Your response wasn't something I expect. I dig deeper and saw you shot him first.

I'm willing to give second chances here but after looking through your history. You haven't seem to change in one bit. So please explain to me
why you should be unbanned.

 

That third offense shouldn't have been an RDM. The guy I killed had shot his rifle towards the people up on the shelf. In the video you can see me turn around and check to make sure people were up there before I shot him. Do me a favor and right click the first instance that my name appears on the damage logs and you can see that he shot first. That should be basic information that you should know as a mod. And since he shot first and it was towards people I had every right to kill him.

Now the first 2 were RDM but as I had already stated they kept calling false KOSes on me which is my reason for killing them. Seeing as how you weren't in the server when those two reports happened I can understand why you gave me a slay because my response didn't include that information. Although the first one was a detective I killed I believe. Regardless the last one wasn't even RDM because Lars had shot his rifle towards people before I killed him.

And this is just plain fucking annoying. I haven't done anything toxic or gotten any bans in a while and these 3 instances aren't me being "toxic" like the other bans claim to be. The last one is even me claiming that I saw him shooting at people on a shelf so I don't know how that means I "haven't [changed] one bit." Everything was going just fine before you joined the server and kept marking my reports as complete even though I had to get a lead admin in the server to fix your mistakes because you wouldn't own up to them.

 

I will be accepting your appeal due to your time taking on this appeal. Either way you have been rdming on the server which did rack up to to your third offense. I may have been harsh doesn't been you can berate me for my actions.
