We usually only rate old after the first post of someone resigning. There isn't a need for 50 posts just saying "bye @ex-staff member" Although it is nice for everyone to wish other people farewell, but it really should be one post per person
Old ratings should be saved for people making posts days after the fact, especially if someone else resigned in the meantime. Who gives a shit if people wanna say their words to ppl resigning and let em know that they'll be missed as staff or that they did a good job or w/e. This thread aint just a list of people who aren't staff anymore, and it's dumb to expect it to be. It was like that originally, sure, but currently it's just pages upon pages of old ratings and it's just useless. Like a rating don't matter but the fact that yall take the time to rate every post aside from the first one old is just dumb. Personally I keep my negative ratings for things I view as negative, if it's just someone saying some positive shit that don't hurt nobody then why yall making such a fuss. I mean I'm pretty drunk but the old ratings in this thread can fuck themselves. Bunch of negative ass hoes damn.
