idk about this 3rd ghost ban shit my dude
- SoL is a rule regarding bans and their long-term effectiveness. For three months since the moment the ban expired, the ban is effected by SoL. During this time, any additional bans of the same type will register as a higher tier offense, resulting in a more severe punishment. Bans given after that duration "reset" the loop, starting from the beginning.

Just for your information, only RDM and Leave has statute of limitations. Other stacking offenses (hacking, ghosting, etc.) stack irrespective of time since last offense.

 

Our extended rules explicitly state that Statute of Limitations ONLY applies to RDM and Leaves bans.
Besides, the first offense of ghosting ban placed by Tinbuster00 should've been second offense as it was within "SoL".
As a result that SoL only affects RDM and Leave, your ban still get bumped up to third offense of ghosting.

Now moving on, you were banned because of this report.
If you read our extended rules, you will come across this section:

yet the other 2 ghost offences didn't stack?

 

While I do not know the specifics, I know for certain that neither bans were voided. Regardless, our rules implies that the ban is to be set at third offense.

 

After some considerations, I will be denying this ban appeal.
