Why you should be unbanned:

Banned for 5D after avoiding disputed and incorrect slay
player LOLiPop and fellow traitors attacked me
Responded properly, with me being a detective, by immediately blowing him to smithereens.
He proceeded to respond in kind by reporting me for RDM, stating that it wasn't him that attacked me, even though I clearly recall him walking straight up to me in the corner, and blasting my gut full of shotgun pellets.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Wasn't able to take any, I was blindsided by being unfairly slain and decided to leave, rather than argue with an admin already heavily biased against me.​

And to add, really? A 5 day ban for a first (and inarguably minor) offense? The punishment is exactly the same as if I'd murdered and entire server in cold blood, for the third time in a day.
