Why you should be unbanned:

I joined the server to play TTT, nothing else. It was brought to my attention that there was another player that had the same name as me "Mario". FoxPac PM'ed saying to change my name. I told him that this was my name and always has been. He kicked me. I joined back, asking why I was kicked. He told me once again to change my name. This would require me to change it through steam which I wanted to avoid. I asked the player with the same name if he could switch his. At the start of the round I was banned for 24 hours. "Multiple warnings". I understand that he did tell me to change my name but I was looking for another solution. I had no bad intentions, as I first stated, I joined to play TTT. I would appreciate if you could please lift my ban, if I really have to change my steam name just to play on this one server, I guess I'll comply.​

I don't recall getting a last warning before a ban would be issued. I truly believe the ban was unjust. I'll say it again I came on to play TTT, not to mess around or ruin the game for other players. I'm curious as to what evidence you will show against me to justify your ban, I've already explained the story in the ban appeal.

I asked you constantly, and you continued to not change your name. I understand that some people don't like to change their name, but the other player with the same alias was in the server first, meaning that you joined after him. I tried giving you more then enough warnings because I didn't want to have to issue a ban, but you left me no choice in the end.

You can see in the last screenshot that I did warn you after you asked why you were kicked.

Here is what I will do. I will go ahead and unban you, but I will not void the ban. Be sure to change your alias before hopping back onto the server.
