Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned today for toxic gameplay. This happened in a situation when playing on dolls. Me and @Mereduck were on top of a door and he pushed me. The push did not drop me but i jumped down as a joke and that registered as his kill. On the next map @Acnologia asked me if i forgive Mereduck to which i responded by telling him how the situation really went.

For this i was banned. I realise that my track record is not entirely clean. I also realise that rdm and such even between friends as a joke is still against the rules. I only ask that i might be unbanned and possibly serve slays instead. I throw myself at your Mercy Acnologia.

Good evening Tankor (or bad, considering what happened), I'll be your judge today.

Around 20 - 30 minutes ago, I came across an occurrence in the logs and proceeded to report + judge it, report is here:

When I asked you about the incident, this was your response:

That's entirely correct, you've been warned many-a-times for incidences like this, albeit within a group of friends and all in positive behaviour (which unfortunately, sometimes isn't positive with our rules). Due to this, I asked for discretion to ban you for a day, giving you mercy from a 5day ban instead.

You've been warned for many instances like these, Tankor, and it's not all in jokes either. We take history into account very much in our decisions here at SGM.

I'd like to instead, give you an offer. I'll let you off of this one ban if you agree to not do any toxic behaviour in the future. Do mark my words though, the next time you do it, it will be far longer than a 1 day ban.

This appeal was brought to my attention today and after looking over everything, this was mishandled a bit.

Fact of the matter is- you never reported this incident. All you did was jump off- after you had happened to be pushed earlier before. You even straight admitted that you jumped off, and not that you were pushed and even admitted it when questioned.

If the deathscene was viewed, this should have attributed to you just you suiciding. If not, Mereduck's statement would have brought it in to a word vs word scenario, and even more, your admission here is enough to not even require forgiveness from admin discretion. You just killed yourself. I don't see any instance here that points to toxic gameplay so I will be voiding your ban as well.
