There a youtube channel dedicated to teaching LGBT stuff. The target audience? 3-7 year olds
- Not from the specific channel, but it's the person running it

Obviously I don't want them teaching kids that their opinions are "fact", but kids minds are maluable and are easily manipulated, so I don't think enforcing any ideas (religion, politics, etc.) down a kids throat at that early of an age is a good idea

Kids that young don't even have sexual urges or any kind of sexual identity, so it's clear what they're doing

Regardless of the topic, using kids to push your personal agenda is not

Wasn't that your initial problem with the video, that it was going to be trouble for those who are younger, and while the video is quite undiscovered and the channel is small, you bringing it to attention is exactly what the creator would want, tho you are bringing it out in a negative connotation her message has now reached whoever took the time to read your click bait title thread.

I was bringing attention to something I found hilariously stupid, and indeed concerning. It's that level of cringe that's funny, once you get past the fact it's targeted at children, if not because it's targeted at children. Sure, the title is dumb, but I'm dumb and so is this entire thread, so I think it fits. Are you seriously going to sit there and tell me you champion everything child-friendly? Or are you just being a massive hypocrite who drew an arbitrary line because you wanted to feel justified in something today?

 

Being a member of the LGBT trust me, this isn't just me being the champion, this is me agreeing that the video shouldn't be out there, and while you said it yourself, it's absolutely stupid to even give it the attention you have caused it to get in this community, I also like how when after called out on your bullshit it goes from "I am highly concerned" to what I highlighted in red.

"Haha this is so stupid" You had no indication this entire thread until your point being shown as invalid and you working against yourself did you look for an "out" of how to get away from the fact you did something really stupid.

I'm ready for the backlash, I am just genuinely confused by the amount of rage coming off of you right now. Like I said in OP, this just seemed relevant to the community at the immediate. It's so dumb I found it entertaining, and I don't really give a shit if kids see it from my post, because if they are that young where this is damaging to them, they have no place being unsupervised on the internet in the first place, and I'm not such a good person I'm going to filter my behavior to accommodate them.

None of this is rage, at all, none of my posts have been rage fueled, I genuinely thought you were making a serious post and just went about it extremely poorly, and then you continued to reply with stupidity, and along with other posts you've made, you just dont come off very bright sir. You made a point in the beginning of this thread and with me not being the only one serious here, aka Python and Rick, it seems the only one who views this as a joke is yourself.

 

I view the person in the video and her channels as a joke. Someone to be ridiculed and shown as wrong. I didn't have much to say on the matter, hence why I deflected python's question. The rest of his post was summary enough. Then you start espousing such nonsense there was no way I could take it seriously.

You also seem to be jumping all over the place in how seriously you claim I took this, jumping back and forth like you keep doing. Either I was being serious from the start and I tried to backtrack halfway through or I wasn't, just pick one already, it's very hard for me to follow.

The issue is serious. The fact these videos exist and they are targeted at children is highly concerning. I also don't think for a moment anyone who isn't capable of making their own decisions on these forums are going to take those videos and view them with agreeable intent, and if a kid that young does happen to see them? Tough. This isn't a daycare, even if we all insist on acting like children.

I guess, when it comes down to it, I posted because I thought it was interesting, nothing less nothing more, and you are seriously stretching when you try and imply little kids are going to be negatively impacted because of my posting.

My point in this is, when you type something, I can not hear how you thought you were saying those words, So me along with the few others who took the time to reply to this thread replied in the manner it was typed, seriously. The video does show a problem that anyone with a right mind could see, If you're gay bi straight or somewhere in between or entirely different that should not be focused towards kids, as you pointed out, as the only part of our life that effects is sexual, something a child should not have to know about learn about etc until a coming of age. Shit like this ends up blowing up when someone brings attention to it, so thinking you were serious about how much of a problem you thought this was I simply made my first comment about bringing attention to something very few had seen and turning it into something many have now seen. (Take the word many lightly, its the best I know to use atm Im tired) So if you truly saw this as a problem all you did was worsen it by posting the links and video to the problem itself.
