Why you should be unbanned:
I was reported around midnight my time.

I waited and played for around 30ish minutes before I went to bed as I had work early in the morning. No mods were online, so there was no-one available to handle the report.
Now when I finally arrive at home, apparently I've been banned for 14 days. Great.
My first ban occurred for the exact same reason a week or two ago. I did not bother creating a request back then since the ban duration was much shorter.

Evidence of Innocence:
If this is the case where I got reported for killing someone with a shotgun:
The person had called kos on me in voice chat multiple times, because he thought I shot him then ran away. That person was not me. It seems like some people assume things and react based on that.

Again, there were 0 mods online at the time.

If the explanation above was not the reason for my punishment, please let me know what it was about and I will share my point of view of the situation.

The first thing i would like to bring up with you is please refrain from lying in your appeal as it doesn't help your claim, You had sent a few messages in admin chat and had gotten a response from myself however the other mod online at the time i cannot speak for, So you are aware that there was staff online at that time as you interacted with us.

Now lets get into this, The Report was taking awhile as we were handling a large amount of group trollers which were chat and mic spamming, also mass rdming so your report was in progress for awhile as my fellow moderator Temar issued you the slay so i don't have much on that process except for this:

Now your slay was issued on round 6 on dolls, why did it take until round 3 of The next map innomotel for you to serve your slay? And as to which why did you leave without serving your slay?

I'd like to start by saying I know very well that lying gets you nowhere since everything is being logged anyway. To my understanding there is no way for me to view the evidence without creating a thread and asking for a response here. Therefore I based my reply on what happened at last before I left from the server yesterday. Anyways, enough of that.

I fully understand that you and others from the administration team have a lot of cases to deal with on daily basis and I'm not priority 1 on the task list. I recall asking to be slain but I do not know when the slay was issued. I tend to minimize the game very often to do other stuff (usually work related), and occasionally place myself on spectate when I know it will take longer than a couple of minutes, then continue when I am available again, which is probably why I've completely missed the slay.

I apologize for the poor observation on my part. I do not pay enough attention to the chat when I am busy, and I believe this is the reason why I have not served the slay. I will try to improve on this in the future.

I did mention to you that i will have your report handled quickly as you needed to leave, I can see where the problem was in this instance as you may of put yourself in spectator and tabbed, but as soon as the slay went through you had unfortunately left at the same moment.

I am willing to lift your ban and allow you to serve the slay however i will not void the ban from your record so the next instance of RDM & Leave will be your 3rd offence.

 

I fully understand where you're coming from.

I am happy to hear that you came to that resolution. I hope we don't have to meet on this section of the forums again.
