    you killed the victim on suspicion that he had a malfunction pistol and left before you could be slain.
    sadly the victim was neither the who shot you nor did he have the malfunction pistol to begin with.

    you should know by now we do not allow killing on suspicion,and not to mention you left before the report was completed.
