Why you should be unbanned:

I was in town and put myself as spectate only and when I got back from town I noticed I got a 5 day ban. I think I should be unbanned because I didn't know if I did something wrong or if I was I got no warning for it and for all I know nothing with me RDMing was that bad to get me banned I just accidently killed a guy but I served my slay. also (update) when I was caught for my ban evasion I had no intentions to play I just needed to notify some people what happened and see if they knew what happened so I ould use it in my appeal ​

Evidence of Innocence:

I was nowhere near my computer when I got banned to ever notice me doing anything wrong, and if so I was never notified. (update) I was simply just joining to ask information without friending the whole server​

As we see here, you seem to have left the server before you got to finish your slay, perhaps you were disconnected by being idle as you said you were.

After discussing with Tybe the ban and the fact that you proceeded to evade the ban while you still had an appeal pending we have decided to deny this ban appeal. This is only a local ban- even the extension, so you're free to play our other servers in the meantime.
