Finished New year, New look (Version 2.0)

Sup homies! Last year I did a giveaway for a rank, and I wanted to do the same this year! I'll be giving away either Silver or VIP to any player who doesn't already have it. You may enter for any player so long as they don't have the rank you intend for them to get. Keep in mind that I want this giveaway to be for people who want the rank but can't afford it so please keep that in mind.
