I have no Idea why I got banned, I didnt commit any kos at all, It didnt even state a reason for the 5 day long ban. I always make sure that i follow all rules!​

Hello DeathMaster, hope you're having a good day, sorry for the trouble and thank you for waiting.

The situation that led to your ban took place around 8:30AM Central, my time, and took place on the basic Minecraft Map.

As you can see from the image, you dealt 62 Damage to Zethura right as the round began, he crowbarred you several seconds later possibly to retaliate and kill you for it in which you responded and killed him back. I was looking back into the logs for unreported damage after finishing a few reports that had stacked up and saw this. I went to report you myself to get an explanation but you were absent from the server. As by standards on our servers, I gave you roughly over a round to return so I could ask you about this but you never did, thus why I had to ban you.

If you can give me an explanation behind this, I'm more than willing to work with you. I await your response

 

Yes, its true that I did hurt him-but that was an accident. He started to crowbar me and then I killed him, after that I got killed. At that exact point there was no report at all, I just left the server-again, he didnt report me. In the rule it clearly states ``If you're slain for RDM, you have to stay the whole round or it's considered RDM & leave.`` (taken directly from the rules) So it doesnt count as rdm and leave. I understand that you slay me once but a 5-day ban in my case is against the rules. Still thanks for taking your time for me, and I hope my case can be resolved fast.

 

I understand your concern, and yes, Zethura didn't report you for this, but as part of being a member of staff, we're to resolve any and all issues regarding RDM whether they are reported or not. Zethura didn't bring this to my attention and I don't know if he forgot to report this, didn't want to go to the all the trouble, or just didn't want you slain. Regarding Accidental RDMs, unfortunately for cases like that it is still RDM and will result in a slay unless otherwise.

Regarding why this was and RDM and Leave ban, this took place while I was online, and it is per protocol to assign the appropriate punishment. Had I, say, joined the server AFTER this occured, I could only issue a slay for you to server the next time you joined.

If you have the time, I'm willing to let you serve the slay and unban you. Just add me on Steam and we can get this settled.
