Ive been with a couple communities that had this option for donators, and there were surprisingly not alot of trolls that used it. No one is going to pay 20 bucks just to troll with the votegag.

EDIT bc of the dumbass below me: Yes, there will obviously be a few trolls, but not as much as you are expecting.

For ttt just use the ingame mute in the tab scoreboard menu if no staff are on.

I'm going to go ahead and give a HEAVY -1 to this suggestion as it is right now. Votegag has inherent issues such as gagging younger players simply because they are younger and are "squeakers", as well as other unforeseen forms of abuse such as group targetting. Gmod has alternative options available such as asking for staff or muting the spamming player through the console or through the mute feature.

I think a better suggestion is to suggest fixing the mute player feature instead of having something like this implemented.
