Reason For Report:

DieKasta killed me on suspicion and absolutely refuses to take a slay for it. I was shooting immediately after a detective called out a KOS on Mic and DieKasta took it upon himself to kill me on suspicion. He had no idea who I was shooting at and had no reason to kill me so quickly after I began shooting. And he won' take a slay for it even though he's obviously guilty of killing on suspicion.​

He provides this gif himself which clearly shows him killing me no less than a 1/2 second after I began firing at somebody who he can't determine based off his field of view.​

So you can clearly hear and see the KOS called out by the detective which you can't see me shooting in your recording. You acted based simply on somebody shooting their gun which is suspicion.

I was literally standing directly behind you when you opened fire into the players in front of us. The KOS that the detective called doesn't matter.

 

How did you make it to lead admin when you don't even know the rules to the server?

How about we just wait for Highwon to look it over like was suggested in the first place. Look I don't call SGM staff out for no reason here. If you committed some bullshit and took your slay like you're supposed to that's the end of it. But when you blatantly go around breaking rules and avoiding punishment because you're staff is when I get pissed off. You shouldn't be above anyone else on the server just because you made mod, admin, lead admin, or whatever. Rules are rules and when you break them you should take your slay like the rest of us have to.

 

Since you have no other intentions other than what you have stated and just seem to be throwing names at him I will lock this until @Opalium or @HelixSpiral can conclude as I made a mistake in the original tags.

Well, I don't wanna be an "idiot" for having to mention this, but I find it hard to believe this report comes from a genuine place, and that it is not part of a "staff are abusive" agenda. It seems like more and more people do this "propaganda" lately, but I guess this is a new kind of tension growing here in SGM.
Regardless, let's get into this.

In the evidence media Kasta attached to his post, you can clearly see from the video that Kasta had a very obvious sight of you shooting directly towards a Detective, right at the 0:18 mark. You're standing there, shooting all across the area towards the Detective, right before Kasta's eyes. For that's enough to argue that the kill is valid, as shooting towards another player is a T act, I can't figure how you're missing it.
As for your counter argument that "he must see where you were shooting towards", well - again, the video shows exactly that. I really can't figure how you refuse to acknowledge that.

Again, I'm not sure why you're trying to portray this otherwise. This is a valid kill, clearly backed by very clear evidence. If anything, this seems like another attempt to "sing-along" to the so called "age of paranoia" that is hitting SGM recently, causing more and more people to think everything isn't meant to be okay. People who're not the ones who're meant to follow all this as they are able to see beyond this. Or so I hope. No need for hysteria.

Anyway, I've said enough. To sum it up: this is a valid kill, as the evidence clearly shows. You shot towards someone, Kasta saw it and killed you. That's all there is to it.
